Months 3-4

Project Planning, Process Analysis & Redesign

Develop project management, financial planning, benefits realization, risk management, business case development, and process redesign techniques.

Months 5-6

Advanced Statistics & Design of Experiments

Probability distributions, confidence intervals, measurement system analysis, rational sub-grouping, power analysis, and sample sizing.

Months 7-8

Change Management & Capability Building
