Progression Pathways
  • ILM Level 3 → Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring

  • ILM Level 7 → CMI Level 6 Coach Supervision
  • CMI Coach Supervision → Chartered Manager (CMgr) status
  • Any level → Coaching Professional Apprenticeship (L5, funded)
Entry: Level 3 requires no prior coaching qualification. Level 5 requires L3 or equivalent coaching experience. Level 7 requires L5 or substantial professional coaching background. All learners complete an initial assessment and skills diagnostic.
