Need to raise a concern?
If you have a safeguarding concern, complaint, or need support — here's where to start.
Our Commitment to Good Governance
The TESS Group operates under a robust policy framework that ensures the safety, wellbeing, and fair treatment of all learners, employers, and staff. Our policies are aligned to Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework, the Apprenticeship Accountability Framework, and relevant legislation including the Equality Act 2010, GDPR, and the Prevent Duty. Every policy is reviewed at least annually, with the most recent review completed in 2025/26.
